The 30-year-old star has recently won critical acclaim for his role in TV drama series \u2018It\u2019s A Sin\u2019 but after initially finding fame as frontman of Years & Years, he admitted music is where his heart really lies.<\/p>\n

Asked if his first love is singing or acting, he told OK! magazine: \u201cSinging is something I will do until I die because I love to sing.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love the fact I can do it in the morning, I can do it in the evening and I can do it all afternoon.\u201d<\/p>\n

But Olly is also keen to keep on acting after such an \u201camazing\u201d experience making the Channel 4 drama about the AIDS crisis in the 1980s.<\/p>\n

He said: \u201c[My ultimate goal is] to continue performing.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2019It\u2019s A Sin\u2019 was such a profound experience that has made me think, \u2018Wow I would really love another go at something like this.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s been amazing and I really want to do it again, but I\u2019m going to take it as it comes.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m putting out more music this year, but I am also going to see what happens.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u2018King\u2019 hitmaker has been influenced by his mum\u2019s taste in music but he\u2019s also been looking back to the 1980s recently.<\/p>\n

He added: \u201cMy biggest idols are musicians like Jeff Buckley, Joni Mitchell and Stevie Wonder, but I also liked a lot of the music my mum loved when I was coming of age \u2013 like Whitney Houston, Eva Cassidy and Bob Dylan.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve listened to a lot of 80s music in the past year and that\u2019s also phenomenal.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
