The 26-year-old singer embarked on a relationship with poet Sonny Hall before the UK went into lockdown amid the coronavirus pandemic and she admitted finding \u201creal love\u201d and growing up has proven to be a huge influence on \u2018Not Your Muse\u2019.<\/p>\n

She explained to Grazia magazine: \u201cI think only now, in the last year or so, have I experienced what I can understand as real love.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll the things I\u2019ve written up until then were confused in a way.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s a lot of love and romance on the album and it\u2019s a picture of me evolving as a person.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not completely grown up yet, but I guess I would like to describe it as like coming into womanhood.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it\u2019s only in the last two years that I\u2019ve sort of stopped feeling like I\u2019m 21.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u2018Hear My Voice\u2019 singer admitted she was \u201cprobably more relaxed\u201d about the shutdown triggered by the global health crisis than she should have been.<\/p>\n

She said: \u201cTo begin with I was probably more relaxed than I should have been.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt the time, I took it in my stride. I thought,\u2019 \u2018I\u2019m going to have a bit more time to work on my album!\u2019<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd then, all of a sudden, something hit me: all this opportunity, all the momentum, could just all go away.
\u201cI didn\u2019t know what to do to adapt.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, though Celeste has been tipped for an Oscar nomination for \u2018Hear My Voice\u2019, which she wrote for \u2018The Trial of the Chicago 7\u2019, she isn\u2019t paying attention to the speculation.<\/p>\n

She said: \u201cI really don\u2019t know how tangible it is or what those rumours really mean.<\/p>\n

\u201cI recorded the vocals in my bedroom and, as the process went on, I learned more about Aaron Sorkin and how he\u2019s in \u2018that league\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut I am not somebody who thinks of myself in that position like Adele or Lady Gaga. I just go with the flow.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
