Joe Jonas revamps Valentine’s Day post after fans misinterpret photo – Music News

Joe Jonas had to amend his Valentine’s Day message to wife Sophie Turner after it made fans wonder if the actress was pregnant again.

The Jonas Brothers singer posted a sweet throwback photo of the Game of Thrones star relaxing on a couch in sweatpants, slippers, and a sweatshirt that she’d pulled up to reveal her large baby bump.

However, some fans didn’t quite understand it was a throwback photo from her first pregnancy, which they didn’t document on social media at the time, and assumed he was making a new announcement.

He originally captioned the picture: “Happy Valentine’s Day to my 2 Valentines,” but the fan reaction forced him to delete the original post on Twitter and upload it once again, with the extra word “throwback” besides the photo. He simply edited the caption on Instagram.

Sophie and Joe became first-time parents when they welcomed baby Willa last summer.

The British actress married the singer in Las Vegas in May 2019 followed by a more formal ceremony in France the following month.

DMX teams up with Bono for a new track on upcoming album – Music News

The hip-hop veteran has revealed he’s collaborated with the U2 frontman on the song ‘Skyscrapers’ from his as-yet-untitled star-studded new record.

Speaking on N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN’s ‘Drink Champs’ podcast, he spilled: “It’s crazy. It got like a Miami feel to it. I feel like I want to shoot the video here.”

DMX, 50, and Bono, 60, came to collaborate as the LP’s producer, Swizz Beatz, is a long-time friend of the ‘Vertigo hitmaker.

Swizz previously said: “Bono, he’s a music lover. I’m a music lover. We knew each other for a while.”

The follow-up to 2012’s ‘Undisputed’ also features the likes of Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg, Alicia Keys, Usher, and a posthumous appearance by late rapper Pop Smoke.

Bono is no stranger to the hip-hop world, having previously co-written Jay-Z and Rihanna’s 2010 track ‘Stranded (Haiti Mon Amour)’ with his bandmate The Edge.

The Haiti benefit single was also produced by Swizz, who previously shared how they worked on the song together over the phone.

He recalled: “The idea of the song is ‘We’re not gonna leave you stranded’ and that’s what the chorus is.

“So me and Bono started going back and forth with ideas, and he was like, ‘You know this word stranded keeps standing out to me’ and I asked him to sing it, and he put me on hold ’cause he’s recording the ideas on a dictaphone — so he did it there and then on the phone.”

The Hole singer, who moved to London from Los Angeles last year to focus on writing her book and recording a new album, updated her fans in a post on Instagram, sharing a picture of herself at a Chelsea clinic receiving the vaccination on Valentine’s Day.

Alice Cooper believes modern audiences are ‘shock proof’ – Music News

The 73-year-old rocker doesn’t think the theatrical performances his group staged in the 1970s – which featured snakes, blood, and guillotines – wouldn’t cause so much controversy today because crowds are not fazed by anything.

He said: “You could cut off your arm and eat it on stage and it wouldn’t matter. The audience is shock proof.”
The ‘School’s Out’ rocker admitted his aim was to give fans something they knew their parents would “hate” and wanted to be so shocking, people couldn’t take their eyes away from the stage.

He told Independent.co.uk: “We gave the audience everything their parents hated. The way we saw it, if you’re driving by and you see Disneyland on the left side and a plane wreck on the right, you’re going to look at the plane wreck. We were that plane wreck.”

But the band’s early work proved too much for the local scene in Los Angeles and Alice – whose real name is Vincent Furnier – admitted “nobody got” what they were trying to do.

He said: “We had that experimental sound, and when you put the theatre on top of it, nobody got it at all.

“I think we scared the LA audience. They were mostly on acid and Alice Cooper is not what you want to see when you’re on acid.”

The veteran rocker is looking forward to getting back on stage once the coronavirus pandemic eases and he insisted he always feels comfortable performing ‘I’m Eighteen’ because his alter ego is just a character and never ages.

He said: “When you sing that song in front of an audience, you are 18.

“The way I look at it, Alice is like Batman or Spiderman. Those characters never age.”

Billie Eilish ‘cried out of joy’ after watching her Apple TV+ documentary – Music News

The 19-year-old pop megastar banned her family – including her sibling and regular collaborator Finneas – from seeing ‘Billie Eilish: The World’s a Little Blurry’ until she had seen it herself, because she thought she’d be “mortified” by some of the scenes.

However, she actually felt elated by how it captured what she was going through in “such a beautiful, intimate way”.
In a new clip advertising the film, Billie said: “We were in my living room. I was like, ‘Nope, nobody’s allowed to see it – not my family – nobody’s allowed to see it until I’ve seen it, cos I knew there was some stuff in there that I was gonna be mortified by.

“S*** happened. I had a stomachache the entire day, but I cried out of joy for a lot of it. I never would have thought that anyone would be able to capture exactly what was going on in such a beautiful, intimate way.”

The ‘Therefore I Am’ hitmaker – who has been open about her battle with depression and suicidal thoughts – recently admitted it was “pretty brutal to relive” some of the moments.

She said: “It’s really about my life, me, in such a way that I was not expecting, and was pretty brutal to relive. I was going through hell in certain parts of my life, and I had no idea anyone was seeing it. The fact that they have footage of it and you can see my emotions…”

A press release states that the R.J. Cutler-helmed documnetary “tells the true coming-of-age story of the singer-songwriter and her rise to global superstardom … the documentary offers a deeply intimate look at this extraordinary teenager’s journey, at just 17 years old, navigating life on the road, on stage, and at home with her family, while writing, recording and releasing her debut album ‘When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?'”

‘Billie Eilish: The World’s a Little Blurry’ is set to premiere on February 26.
